Bill Carroll, an Independent Celebrant/Officiant/Minister, is a member of the International Association of Wedding Officiants and marks life's milestones with a unique ceremony. He is fully trained to create and conduct ceremonies for civil or faith-based weddings, civil partnerships, renewal of vows, adoption parties, baby naming, funerals, coming of age, new home blessings or significant birthdays.

A celebrant has no restrictions in terms of the content, format or style of a wedding, and can therefore be completely personalized. “My ceremonies contain many of the elements that you and your guests would expect to see at a wedding (exchange of vows and rings etc), but also has lots of beautiful details about the couple and often guest involvement too”, says Bill. This means the ceremony is warm and relaxed and ensures he creates lovely lasting memories for everyone attending.
